Fitz is a friend extraordinaire. He
is an artist by heart, fitness buff by
discipline. He can do intricate things from painting to a flower arrangement. Years ago, he was even
doing make-up for clients. He inculcates passion and coherence, substance and
delight in his work of art.
Together with a friend, they
formed Blessings and Blossoms. While
I was very much involved in the planning stages of my blog, I
thought of flowers and what fitting gesture to reach out to a friend to feature
his work of art.
The
flowers he uses come from a well-known entrepreneur in the City of Davao. Yes,
it may be expensive but he won’t settle for mediocrity. Picky as he may be, but
at the end of the story the flower arrangement he creates is so full of blossoms. And indeed, his craftsmanship
is a blessing to anyone who sees and
receives it.
The
stately order of flowers is arrayed for various events. It can be a birthday
celebration, a wedding event, a wedding anniversary, graduation ceremony,
burial rites, and death anniversaries.
Or it can be a simple gesture of thanksgiving, opening or blessing of a
store, or a processional rite of saints honored by the church.
His
friends are his avid customers. And these friends give him referrals. Indeed,
his passion has blossomed and has
blessed the lives of people who appreciate his work of art.
Now,
let us rummage through his files and witness the splendor of God’s creations:
flowers. Flowers are an expression of human emotions. The range of sentiments
varies from one person to another person or even from a group of people to
another group. The events that unfold and are encountered are engraved in each
flower. The flower is a representation of love. It is an expression of love. It
is love.
